Debbi Lubin is a girl kidnapped by Red John's accomplices Timothy Carter (the fake Red John) and his wife Sally, maybe with his assistance.
She was imprisoned in the Carter's basement and is rescued by Patrick Jane and Teresa Lisbon. Debbi was a witness at Jane's trial for the murder of Carter.
