Greg Tayback is Teresa Lisbon's ex-fiancé. They had been engaged when both of them were young and both agreed to break it off because they both felt they were too young for marriage. Later, in So Long, and Thanks for All the Red Snapper we see that Greg has married Greta and they have three daughters.
