Jesse Lee Soffer is an actor best known as Will Munson in As the World Turns and as a Detective Jay Halstead in Chicago P.D. (also in cross-overs with Chicago MED and Chicago Fire), he played Alan Dinkler, a man who died because of the bomb strapped to him, in front of a store in the episode Strawberries and Cream.
