Ron is a CBI Special Agent, who works, in some episodes, with Lisbon's team. He appears in many scenes, often in the background. He usually works at computer, accompanying persons, or brings something to them.
Ron's complete name and his surname are unknown. He speaks in few scenes. Ron is absent in flashback to 2004, in Red Dawn, then, most likely comes to work in CBI after Patrick Jane, in the time between 2004 and 2008.

Ron is one of many characters suspected to be Red John. Since working at the CBI, he appears in many Red John-centred episodes, such as: Red John's Friends, The Blood On His Hands, Red Queen, The Crimson Hat, The Red Barn, The Desert Rose, Black-Winged Redbird, Wedding in Red, The Red Tattoo and The Great Red Dragon.
